"Just wanted to take a moment to share my enthusiasm about the service I received from Nancy Morley. She has been dealing with me for a couple of weeks as I have been traveling and we have been paying telephone tag. She was great in that she was not Pesty To the point of annoyance. But Patient enough to deal with my ADHD and kind enough not to belittle me for my forgetfulness. Which I do deal with often from customer service people.Although we can’t write a policy right now. "Quoted me a rate 50% higher than my current rate. A little ridiculous. Then when I emailed him multiple times asking about that he didn't respond. He finally did with the excuse he was in a meeting, Sure. State Farms always has the highest rates of all the insurance companies."

"I have been a State Farm client all my life. I know I can rely on the company to be there when I need them. In a world of online shopping and 'best price' is all that matters, it is refreshing and reassuring to meet in person with a representative of an organization that still believes in customer service, reviewing your requirements and providing coverage based on your needs.
